The Memorial for Past Department Commander Edward Richards is going to be a "graveside" service on May 16th at 11 A.M. at the Mattawamkeag Cemetery on Hathaway Road, just off Rt. 2 after the bridge that goes over the Mattawamkeag River. The cemetery is on the left. Ricky's wife Dawn said that some of his comrade friends are going to be "Color Guards" for the service.
