Kevin Bean was re-elected Quartermaster for the Whitcomb-Baker Post 4633 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the U.S on June 7, 2023 in Hampden, Maine

Kevin served in the United States Army from August 1988 through October 1991, then served in the Maine National Guard through April 1996. He served mainly as an Infantry mortar man but also served several roles as a radio operator during his service, which included multiple stints in Panama and Korea’s DMZ.

He joined the VFW in January 2007 at Post 4633 in Hampden, ME., where he grew up and maintains his Life Membership.
